Ownership of Proprietary Models
All methodologies relating to trend forecasting—including but not limited to the proprietary AsiaSentience™ signal processing and our structural predictive analytics arrays—remain the exclusive property of AsiaTrendResearch.
Definition: Derived Insights
Specific findings generated for a client's unique dataset. While the data remains the client's, the predictive logic used to extract the trend is a protected trademark of AsiaTrendResearch.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view high-signal summaries for internal strategic evaluation. Reproduction, scraping, or systematic indexing of our data research repositories for the purpose of training third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) or resale is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct Policy
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Any unauthorized access detected from abnormal geographic locations or high-frequency automated polling will result in immediate suspension without refund.

One seat per user. Enterprise licenses allow for department-wide access under strictly defined SOC2 compliance standards.

AsiaTrendResearch reserves the right to terminate access for any user found in breach of Vietnamese digital commerce laws or our internal ethical AI guidelines.
Service Availability
We guarantee 99.5% availability for premium subscribers, exempting scheduled maintenance windows performed between 02:00 and 04:00 GMT+7 on the last Sunday of each month.
Jurisdiction &
Resolutions
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hanoi.
